5. AI Assistant
We offer an AI-powered assistant on our website that helps you create a project inquiry. When you use it, your chat messages are transmitted to OpenAI to generate an AI response.
The transmission occurs through our server – your browser does not connect directly to OpenAI. Nevertheless, your inputs are forwarded to OpenAI for processing.

OpenAI uses the data according to their privacy policy. We have concluded a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with OpenAI Ireland Ltd in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The use of your inputs for training AI models is disabled by default when using the API.

Data transfer: For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), OpenAI Ireland Ltd is the contracting party. To the extent that data is transferred to OpenAI affiliates or sub-processors outside the EEA, this is done on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) according to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR or an adequacy decision. You can avoid using the AI assistant and use the classic contact form instead.
